Having an issue with moving from my Windows 8 to my Raring Ringtail PC, CapsLock and Shift get toggled on. I've tried the Half-Duplex entry on my Win 8 PC (Which is the server, by the way) many different ways and no dice. Is this a known issue and is it fixable?
