How do I find the hostname/IP address of server computer on version 1.4.12?

I am trying to set up Synergy between two computers and I'm having issues getting the client computer to connect. The server computer has a message that says, "NOTE: connection established". I have tried searching and have read through the user guide, which doesn't seem to align with whatever version I have uploaded, which I assume is the most recent since I uploaded it today on both computers. In the user guide, it says, "You can find out the client name that Synergy will use by opening the About dialog on the client – look for the "Hostname". This is the name that your computer calls itself." But when I click "About Synergy" under the help option, I do not see any information about my own server computer. It only gives me information about Synergy itself as a program. At the top of the front screen, I have a list of four IP addresses with one in bold, but I'm not sure what that means. When I search to see what my server computer's IP address is, it doesn't match any of the four listed.
