I'm fourteen, female, short & live in Indonesia. I love the way american's and british girls dress up, but the thing is, here..if I dress up like them, people say I'm dressing overboard. I'm not sure why.. I can't use boots without people starring at me..scarves well, I can get away with them..when I layer, it get's too hot and seasons here? well we don't exactly have them. It's summer all year long and only a few months a year it rains, a lot, so it'll be really muddy and sometimes, we have floods. the other months, well you'd die sweating. here, you can't exactly go out of the house with shorts& a tank, you can go with either of them, but never both at once. why? people shall stare. I know you'd probably tell me it's my choice on how I dress, but probably simple here is the best way to dress, but how ? what can you still look good in that's simple? thanks in advancee!(:
