Sync problems between Win 8(64 bit) and Win 7(32-bit)

I am getting and error code in the form of an address - "C:/Users/OLADIM~1/AppData/Local/Temp/qt_temp.fm5168" followed by "log level - ERROR" what could be wrong? Thank you?
