I have made my wirelessly conencted laptop as a synergy server. It shows 2 ip addresses in synergy gui - 169.*.*, 192.168.*.*
On my lan connected PC (both PC and laptop run Ubuntu), I try to give IP address of server as either of the above 2 IP addresses. Neither of them work and give the error failed to connect to server. I'm using this command -
synergyc -f --debug NOTE --name desktop 169.*.*.*
Alternatively, if I use the PC as a server, and laptop as a client, it works fine. What can I do to do it the other way round?
