failing to connect with Win7 (64) PC and MacBook Pro

Server is a Windows 7 PC running Home Premium. Client is a MBP running Snow Leopard both locally on home network. this is as far as I can get to est. connection: have tried both the 32 bit and 64 bit ver. for windows 7

Would have no issue with contributing to the cause and I will gladly do so, once I can get this working in my enviroment.
