I'd like to get some more details on how premium voting works, but I don't see any questions here in the FAQ about voting, nor do I see any detailed explanation anywhere else.
Does everyone start with exactly one vote? Is it possible to ever get any more votes, and if so, how?
P.S. "meta" is not an appropriate tag, but there is not "voting" or "premium" tag, and none of the other tags seem to be more appropriate, and I don't have enough rep to create new tags.
